Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) is a 3-tier visa program introduced by the government of Malaysia, as a way for non-Malaysians to retire and live in Malaysia, ranging from a 5-year renewable visa to a 20-year renewable visa.

Silver Tier: 

Applicant needs to put a minimum fixed deposit of USD 150,000 in the bank and purchase a residential property with a minimum value of MYR 600,000 for a 5-year renewable residency visa.

Gold Tier: 

Applicant needs to put a minimum fixed deposit of USD 500,000 in the bank and purchase a residential property with a minimum value of MYR 1,000,000 for a 15-year renewable residency visa.

Platinum Tier: 

Applicant needs to put a minimum fixed deposit of USD 1,000,000 in the bank and purchase a residential property with a minimum value of MYR 2,000,000 for a 20-year renewable residency visa.
